The hotel had a luxurious feel with well-appointed rooms and comfortable beds. the lobby bar was impressive, albeit a bit pricey, but the service was excellent. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities were fantastic, including the fitness center and spa. Free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning was a helpful touch. The hotel exceeded my expectations overall.

It was a perfectly pleasant stay, the best I had before now. Upscale and fairly clean hotel, loved it.

Everything was great, impeccable and immaculate room that are smaller than the bathrooms. The service was excellent with a smooth check-in. It was great to have a bar in the foyer.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered high-quality massages, including full body and foot massages, that were truly relaxing. the spa lounge was serene and peaceful, allowing us to fully unwind. the room advantages were really impressive, featuring a private balcony with breathtaking views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. the on-site restaurant served extraordinary breakfast, including special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a wide selection of refreshing drinks. the location advantages were also noteworthy, with easy access to major attractions and great shopping.

It had central location close to Lincoln Museum.

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington, DC for a leisure trip. The accommodations and amenities provided were top-notch, truly superior. The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The historic architecture of the old post office, beautifully preserved after a $200,000,000 renovation, added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city and the restaurant, albeit expensive, offered an outstanding dining experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow world travelers.

It was glorious and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with welcoming staff and incredible location right at metro. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was delicious.

I stayed in this ideal hotel for 2 days, had excellent experience, loved its wonderful location close to museums, government buildings, restaurants, and shopping and the Mall and other landmarks. I had an elegant room with super comfortable beds and everything was excellent.

The hotel's location is superb, with close proximity to all the attractions we wanted to visit. It is conveniently situated in the center of DC, within walking distance of everything. The rooms are tastefully decorated with high ceilings and elegant furnishings. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious, with large bath tubs. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel like VIPs. They paid attention to our needs and even left special touches like a congratulatory cake for our son's achievement during our stay.

It's difficult to stay longer at this hotel.

Beautifully renovated and beautifully renovated. Very nice rooms, very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service (which is rather rare in the USA) rarely level of European or Asian standards. All the staff has been fantastic, many thanks to Baghdadi from the inroom dining.

Very disappointed with the quality of service at the lobby bar on the day I left. The person wasn't smiling much. Due to a credit card problem. She dropped off the bill without bothering to come back and see me. I had to get up to pay. The person in question didn't even look up and it was his colleague who took care of me... no comment. That person has no business being at the bar of a five-star hotel.

The hotel's location near the historic Clock Tower on the mall is perfect, allowing us to easily access all areas of the city within a three-mile radius. The spacious rooms, luxurious bathrooms, and excellent service exceeded all expectations. The breakfast is delicious and the beautiful views are a plus. Operation of the room cleaning service. We had to call several times to have it done.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the variety of plant-based options available at the hotel's restaurants. The chefs were accommodating and prepared delicious meals that met our dietary needs perfectly. The hotel also offered cooking workshops where we learned how to create amazing vegetarian and vegan dishes. We truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into catering to our lifestyle.

The spa experience was beyond luxurious. As I indulged in a champagne foot soak in the Himalayan Salt Therapy Room, I couldn't help but feel like a pampered celebrity. The botanical champagne body scrub had me feeling like royalty, and the private resting cocoons in The Sanctuary were my haven.

Our suite felt like a beautiful, classy home with a hint of history. The separate fitness area and spacious living area made us feel like royalty. The spa-like bathroom was a dream come true. As a family who enjoys luxury and a touch of culture, we loved every moment.

The canopy beds with red and gold-leaf trim were a little too extravagant for our taste.

I would only ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there could ensure that all in-room amenities, like the coffee maker, are in proper working order.
